Shipping & Delivery
This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on KISSY RUWEN AUSTRALIA and is applicable to Australian & New Zealand customers only. All orders are shipped from Melbourne. All orders in stock will be processed and dispatched within 24- 48 hours business days. All orders are shipped with Auspost Standard Delivery, Auspost Express or Sendle (Fastway or Couriers Please). A signature is not required by the receiver of the goods for delivery within Australia unless otherwise stated. In the event that there is no one at residence to accept the delivery our couriers will either leave your order in a safe, secure location at your delivery address, or if the driver believes there is no safe and secure location the order will be taken to your closest Post Office(Applicable only for AusPost) to be collected by you at a later date. A delivery card with instructions will be left in your letterbox.

All deliveries to New Zealand currently do not require a signature. In the event that there is no one at the residence to accept the delivery our couriers will either leave your order in a safe, secure location at your delivery address or if the driver believes there is no safe and secure location the order will be taken back to the depot or a third party courier whichever applies to your location for collection/redelivery.
All international orders will be processed in Australian (AUD) dollars. The purchaser is responsible for any and all currency conversion fees. Orders will arrive 5-14 business days for Auspost Standard, 1-3 business days for Auspost Express, 1-5 business days for Fastway/Couriers Please. A tracking number will be provided through email or contact number once the orders are shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Only if product is faulty/damaged, please keep the packaging for the QR code needed to report back to company to replace you a new one or refund.
Please do not remove the underwear as originally received.
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch
Delivery costs are non-refundable. You must cover the cost of any items sent back to us, however there are no additional postage charges for exchanges that we ship back to you
Refunds will only be made by the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days.
Kissy cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us.
All products sold from this website are authentic, directly from Shenzhen Ruwen Garment Technology Co. Ltd and through authorised dealership and distribution in Australia. Any distributions that are sold on other platforms that are not by authorised distributors are considered as non authentic.
